HEALTHY SKIN : SKIN TYPE V

There’s no magic potion for treating different skin types. The key to skin care is finding a regimen that you love and sticking with it. Because of my darker skin tone, I was always unsure of what was needed for my skin. As I started listening to my doctors, I learned that everyone needs the three basics…… sunscreen, antioxidant, and a retinoid.  It’s okay for you to try different ones until you find the one that you love ,but whatever you do , stick with your regimen!  I’m a simple girl, so I love having just the basics. I use my vitamin C and SPF in the morning and retinoid at night ,and I’m good to go.


Morning Routine:

Cleanse with Revision Papaya Enzyme Cleanser

Apply Vitamin C serum followed by a water based moisturizer

Apply Sunscreen Multi-Protection SPF 50












Evening Routine:

Cleanse with Papaya Enzyme Cleanser

Apply Retinol cream every other day if you are above 40 years
